Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Geeste-Dalum einen Schichtleiter Schweißerei (m/w/d).

## AUFGABENBEREICH:

  • Fachliche Führung der einer Schicht zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden in der Schweißerei
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fertigungsterminen sowie der vorgegebenen Produktivitäts- und Qualitätsziele in enger Abstimmung mit der Fertigungsleitung
  • Gewährleistung störungsfreier Arbeitsabläufe unter Einhaltung der Prozessvorgaben und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarfs sowie Planung und Durchführung von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen im eigenen Bereich
  • Sicherstellung der Sicherheit, Betriebsbereitschaft und Verfügbarkeit der eingesetzten Betriebsmittel
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der Anforderungen in den Bereichen Arbeitsschutz, Sauberkeit und Ordnung, Brandschutz sowie Energie-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsmanagement

## ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf sowie Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder Handwerksmeister
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Schweißfachmann wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative
