Die IDEAL Automotive Group ist als zuverlässiger Systemlieferant und Entwicklungspartner der Automobilindustrie weltweit bekannt und vertreten. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Ihre Kompetenz als Schichtmeister Werk für unseren Standort Oelsnitz/V..

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Schichteinteilung in den Fertigungsbereichen entsprechend der betrieblichen Erfordernisse und Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Q-Vorgaben
  • Vermeidung und Behebung von Störungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von technischen Störungen, n.i.O. Produktion bzw. Produkten
  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Führung der Prozessparameter und Dokumentation durch die Mitarbeiter
  • Instruktion an die Unterstellten über die sachgerechte Handhabung der Arbeitsmittel, der Produktionseinrichtungen und die richtige Interpretation sowie Einhaltung der internen Anweisungen
  • Einweisung neuer und umgesetzter Mitarbeiter sowie Durchführung der Belehrungen
  • Verantwortung für die rechtzeitige Bereitstellung und ordnungsgemäße Kennzeichnung der Materialien
  • Überwachung des RHB-Bestandes und der Zwischenlager
  • Durchsetzung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Schichtbereitschaft

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemeister/-in oder eine vergleichbare, technische Qualifikation ggf. mit einer entsprechenden Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der Vliesstofffertigung sind zwingend erforderlich
  • PC-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktionsdatenerfassung im System Xpert-BDE
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie Handeln im Sinne des Unternehmens
  • Vorbildwirkung und Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeitermotivation
  • Führungs-, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Offenheit für neue Themen wie z. B. KI
