  • Wir suchen für die Reparaturabteilung unserer Werft zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt motivierte Schiffbauer (m/w/d).
  • Die Hitzler Werft ist in Lauenburg / Elbe direkt am Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal gelegen und bietet Reparaturservice für Schiffe aller Art an.
  • Der Beruf ist körperlich anstrengend, dafür aber sehr erfüllend und nach Metall-Tarif vergütet.
  • Es wird sowohl im freien, als auch in geschlossenen Hallen gearbeitet.

Kernarbeitszeit von 07:15-15:00 Uhr

Schiffbauexpertise seit über 130 Jahren

  • Die Hitzler-Werft wurde 1885 als Reparaturbetrieb für die Dampfschiffe der Gebrüder Burmester gegründet und ist heute letzter Lauenburger Werftbetrieb. Sie liegt an der Mündung des Elbe-Lübeck-Kanals in die Elbe. Über 800 Schiffe wurden hier gebaut und Tausende von Schiffen repariert.
  • Sie verfügt über eine Neubau-, Reparatur- und Konstruktionsabteilung. Auch im eigenen Neubau ist die Werft vor allem auf Binnen-, Behörden- und Spezialschiffe wie Eisbrecher, Schlepper, aber auch Forschungsschiffe spezialisiert. Diese entstehen komplett wettergeschützt in der großen Helgenhalle. 2021 wurde die Werft von der Familie Klimenko übernommen.
