ISTM ist auf Personallösungen für die europäische Binnenschifffahrt spezialisiert. Für unsere Kunden suchen wir Schiffsführer (m/w/d) für den Einsatz auf Trockenfrachtschiffen .

Als Schiffsführer sind Sie für die sichere und zuverlässige Führung des Binnenschiffes verantwortlich. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Navigation, die Organisation des täglichen Schiffsbetriebs sowie die Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit der Besatzung, dem Auftraggeber und den zuständigen Stellen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sichere Führung und Navigation des Binnenschiffes
  • Organisation und Überwachung des täglichen Schiffsbetriebs
  • Koordination der Besatzung an Bord
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Be- und Entladevorgängen
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Kontrolle der für den Schiffsbetrieb erforderlichen Abläufe
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Häfen und zuständigen Stellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Gültige Qualifikation als Schiffsführer in der Binnenschifffahrt
  • Gültige und für den jeweiligen Einsatz erforderliche Schifffahrtsdokumente
  • Berufserfahrung in der Binnenschifffahrt
  • Erfahrung auf Trockenfrachtschiffen von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
