  • Der Gut Neuhof ist ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mit Putenmast, 125 ha Ackerbau und einem Schlacht- und Zerlegebetrieb in Überlingen. Wir beliefern seit vielen Jahren Einzelhändler, Metzgereien, Gastronomen und Großhändler mit hochwertigen Geflügelspezialitäten.
  • Seit Januar 2024 gehört die Natürlich Böhm GmbH in Stockach zu uns. Natürlich Böhm ist spezialisiert auf Biofleisch, Wurstwaren und Geflügel. Wir bieten Rind, Kalb und Schwein ausschließlich in Bio-Qualität und regionales Lamm und Geflügel an. Unsere Wurstproduktion erfolgt nach EU-Biorichtlinien.

  • Zerlegung und Portionierung von Geflügelprodukten
  • Kontrolle der Fleischqualität und Einhaltung der Produktionsvorgaben
  • Bedienung und Pflege von Maschinen und Anlagen im Schlacht- und Zerlegebetrieb
  • Unterstützung bei der Verpackung und Kennzeichnung der Produkte
  • Das solltest du mitbringen:
  • Erfahrung im Schlacht- und Zerlegebereich von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Arbeit
  • Freude an körperlicher Arbeit
