### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Flach- und Rundschleifen von Präzisionsteilen
  • Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen konventioneller Schleifmaschinen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Schleifscheiben sowie Festlegung der Bearbeitungsparameter
  • Messen und Prüfen der Werkstücke mit gängigen Messmitteln
  • Sicherstellung enger Maßtoleranzen und hoher Oberflächenqualität
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Wartung und Pflege der eingesetzten Maschinen und Werkzeuge

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Präzisionsschleifen, insbesondere Flach- und Rundschleifen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmitteln (z. B. Messschraube, Messuhr, Höhenreißer)
  • Sorgfältige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
