Mein Mandant liefert hochwertige Molkereiprodukte weltweit an Unternehmen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, an Großverbraucher sowie in internationale Märkte.

Für die Betriebsstätte in Berlin-Spandau suchen wir einen Schlosser bzw. \*\*Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)\*\* zur Verstärkung der Teams im 3-Schichtsystem.

### Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs-, Reparatur- und Montagearbeiten an Maschinen und mechanischen Anlagen der Produktions- und Verfahrenstechnik
  • Analyse von Störungen, Ermittlung der Ursachen sowie schnelle Behebung von technischen Fehlern im laufenden Betrieb
  • Herstellung, Modifikation und Instandsetzung von Metallbauteilen, Baugruppen und Konstruktionen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung von Wartungs- und Reparaturabläufen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsvorschriften, Qualitätsrichtlinien und technischer Standards

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schlosser, Industriemechaniker, Metallbauer oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in der Wartung und Instandhaltung industrieller Anlagen
  • Gute Fertigkeiten in der Metallverarbeitung, z. B. Schweißen, Drehen, Fräsen und Bohren
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit hydraulischen und pneumatischen Systemen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Maschinen, Anlagen und Produktionsprozesse
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Drei-Schicht-System sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
