Aufgaben

  • Montage von Baugruppen nach schriftlichen Arbeitsanweisungen, Stücklisten und Zeichnungen
  • Zusammenbauen, Heften und Schweißen von Werkstücken und Bauteilen nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsunterlagen
  • Eigenständige Herstellung von Metallbaukonstruktionen nach Zeichnung im Anlagenbau
  • Zuschnitt / Herstellung der einzelnen Bauteile
  • Lesen und Verstehen technischer Unterlagen wie z.B. Konstruktionszeichnungen, Fertigungs- und Montagepläne, Zeichnungen
  • Überprüfen von Maßen / Einhaltung von Fertigungstoleranzen
  • Wartungs- und Reparaturaufgaben
  • Montieren von Rohrleitungen und Halterungen nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsunterlagen
  • Montieren von Flanschverbindungen ggf. mit Drehmoment
  • Austausch, Reparatur und Instandhaltung von Rohrleitungen

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker, Schlosser, Konstruktionsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fähigkeit zum Planen, Vorbereiten und Durchführen der übertragenen Aufgaben
  • Grundkenntnisse im Schweißverfahren WIG, MAG, E-Hand oder Autogen
  • Erfahrung an Metallbearbeitungsmaschinen (Bohr-, Schleifmaschinen, Trennschleifer, Schweißgerät, Drehen, Sägen, Abkanten)
  • Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Führerschein Klasse B
