Das Unternehmen:

Die Buchwald GmbH ist ein traditioneller Familienbetrieb. Das Unternehmen wurde 1990 durch Ingenieur Klaus Buchwald gegründet und wird heute mit seinem Sohn, Jörg Buchwald, geführt. Im Gründungsjahr beschäftigte die Firma 12 gewerbliche Arbeitnehmer. Bis heute hat sich das Familienunternehmen zu einem mittelständischen Unternehmen mit über 60 Mitarbeitern entwickelt, in dem auch selbst ausgebildet wird.

Schlosser für unsere Baugeräte und Kfz

Arbeitsrahmen & Arbeitszeit:

  • wir arbeiten tariflich in den Wintermonaten (Dezember - März) 38 Stunden in der Woche
  • in den Sommermonaten (April - November) 41 Stunden pro Woche.
  • So ergibt sich eine regelmäßige Arbeitszeit von 40 Stunden pro Woche.

Benefit:

  • unsere Mitarbeiter bekommen nach der Probezeit im Wert von 50,00 Euro pro Monat
  • zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester haben wir grundsätzlich Betriebsferien
  • unsere Mitarbeiter erhalten 30 Tage Jahresurlaub
  • pro Tag Urlaub zahlen wir zusätzlich 25 % Urlaubsgeld
  • eventuell anfallende Überstunden werden mit Zuschlägen sofort bezahlt
