Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fertigung, Montage und Reparatur von Metallkonstruktionen, z.B. Türen, Tore, Fenster, Geländer und Treppen
  • Anfertigen von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen nach Zeichnungen und Vorgaben
  • Durchführung von Schweiß-, Schneid-, Bohr- und Biegearbeiten
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der gefertigten Teile
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen, um Produktionsziele zu erreichen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Metallverarbeitung (Schweißen, Schneiden, Biegen, etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen und Werkstoffen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Entwicklung
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
