Wir sind ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Fertigung von qualitativ hochwertigen Blech- und Stahlbaugruppen spezialisiert hat. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir motivierte Schweißer/Schlosser .

Aufgaben und Anforderungen

  • Schweißen und Bearbeitung von Blechbau- und leichten Stahlbaugruppen aus ST-Materialien (MAG-Schweißen)
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team als auch selbstständig nach Zeichnungsunterlagen zu arbeiten
  • Gültige Schweißerprüfungen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich (Möglichkeit, Prüfungen bei uns nachzuholen)

Zusätzliche Qualifikationen

  • Kenntnisse im WIG-Schweißen oder Interesse am Laserhandschweißen sind willkommen
  • Interesse an der Bedienung von Schweißrobotern? Wir bieten Schulungen an

  • Flexibilität : Wahl zwischen Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche, Mo-Fr, Arbeitsende Fr bis 12 Uhr) und Teilzeit (ca. 25 Std./Woche, diverse Modelle)
  • Keine Schichtarbeit  und keine Wochenendarbeit (außer in Ausnahmefällen)
  • Berufliche Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten :
  • Leitung der Automatisierung für das Schweißen
  • Installation und Programmieren/Teachen von Schweiß-Cobots und Schweißrobotern
  • Möglichkeit, sich zum Schweißfachmann zu qualifizieren
