Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Schlosser / Schweißer (m/w/d) . Sie übernehmen die Herstellung und Montage von Stahl- und Metallkonstruktionen und arbeiten dabei nach technischen Zeichnungen und Skizzen. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei Umbau- und Rückbauarbeiten und sorgen für eine fachgerechte und termingerechte Umsetzung der Kundenaufträge.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Bauteilen wie Treppen, Podesten und Geländern nach Zeichnungen und Skizzen
  • Durchführung von Umbau- und Rückbauarbeiten an Stahlkonstruktionen
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen auf Baustellen
  • Fachgerechte Montage von Stahl- und Metallkonstruktionen im regionalen Bereich
  • Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten nach den Verfahren E-Hand (111) und MAG (135)
  • Selbstständige und wirtschaftliche Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung individueller Lösungen für Kunden
  • Technische Beratung der Kunden vor Ort

## Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Stahlbauschlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Gültige Schweißerprüfungen nach 111 (E-Hand) und 135 (MAG) zwingend erforderlich
  • Berufserfahrung im Stahl- und Metallbau
  • Erfahrung in der Baustellenmontage und idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Baustellenverantwortung
  • Höhentauglichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Staplerschein und Hebebühnenschein von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Wochenend-, Rufbereitschafts- und Nachtschichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
