Wir suchen engagierten und erfahrenen Mitarbeiter für unsere Werkstatt und Baustellen

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen und Werkstattabläufen
  • Koordination des Teams sowie Überwachung der Arbeitsfortschritte
  • Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten im WIG-Verfahren im Bereich Behälterbau
  • Schlosserarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Arbeitssicherheit

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Baustellenleiter und Schweißer
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im WIG-Schweißen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Staplerführerschein notwendig
