Schmelzer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Schmelzprozesses nach Qualitätssicherungsanweisungen
  • Bedienung der Schmelzöfen nach technologischen Vorschriften (Bedienungsanleitung) und innerbetrieblichen Anweisungen
  • Erstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Schmelzberichts
  • Probennahme für Spektrometer und thermische Analyse
  • mengenmäßige Zusammenstellung der Einsatzmaterialien nach Plangattierung bzw. metallurgischen Berechnungsverfahren
  • Erstellung der Sollanalyse nach Qualitätssicherungsanweisung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung (z.B. Gießereimechaniker m/w/d)
  • erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position von Vorteil
  • Befähigungsnachweise zum Führen von kabinen- und flurgesteuerten Kranen sowie zum Führen von Flurförderfahrzeugen erforderlich
  • Belastbarkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • technisches Verständnis
  • körperliche und geistige Fitness
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • ausgeprägte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
