Voraussetzungen für die Übernahme dieser Aufgabe sind:

  • abgeschlossene Meisterweiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallurgischen Beruf
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schmelzbetrieb eines Elektrostahlwerkes wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im selbstständigen Führen einer kleinen Arbeitsgruppe
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Nachweis zum Führen eines Staplers sowie Kran
  • Brennerpass und Befähigung für Sauerstofflanze wünschenswert
  • uneingeschränkte gesundheitliche Eignung für diese Tätigkeit und Schicht­arbeit
  • hoher persönlicher Einsatz
  • sichere Deutschkenntnisse

Zu den Aufgaben dieser Stelle gehören u. a.:

  • Schichtleitung in der Abteilung Schmelzbetrieb
  • Sicherung des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs innerhalb der Schicht unter optimalem Einsatz der Ressourcen und zur Sicherung der Unternehmensziele
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Instandhaltungsbereichen und vor- oder nachgelagerten Abteilungen
  • Personalplanung von Mitarbeitern sowie Erarbeitung von Schicht- und Freizeitplänen
  • Zuarbeit der Einsatz- und Abwesenheitszeiten der Mitarbeiter für die Entgeltabrechnung an das Personalwesen
  • Einhaltung und Durchsetzung der für den Produktionsprozess geltenden technologischen Vorschriften
  • verantwortlich für alle Managementsysteme, Technologie, Sicherheit, Umwelt, Energie und Nachhaltigkeit
