Schmied / Produktionshelfer m/w/d

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie verarbeiten im Team unsere selbst erzeugten Werkstoffe sowie Lohnschmiedegüten zu qualitativ hochwertigen Schmiedehalbzeugen.
  • Sie bedienen und überwachen unsere Schmiedeaggregate, Schmiedehämmer, Freiformschmiedepressen und Manipulatoren.
  • Sie führen Schmiedeprozesse fachgerecht und unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Prozess- und Qualitätsanforderungen durch.
  • Sie stellen die geforderte Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit der gefertigten Schmiedehalbzeuge sicher.
  • Sie erkennen Abweichungen im Schmiedeprozess und leiten bei Bedarf geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Schmiedeprozessen.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Möglichst eine Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich, idealerweise als Schmied, Industriemechaniker, Metallbauer oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf.
  • Im besten Fall Berufserfahrung im Bereich Freiformschmieden oder in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie ist von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schmiedepressen, Manipulatoren und vergleichbaren Produktionsanlagen wünschenswert.
