## Schnittstellenkoordinator Einkauf/Buchhaltung (m/w/d) in Teilzeit 50%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Datenpflege: Kontinuierliche Pflege von Stammdaten und Einkaufsinfosätzen in SAP MM/FI
  • Rechnungsprüfung: Sachliche Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Kontenabstimmung: Überwachung und Klärung der Wareneingangs- und Rechnungseingangskonten (WE/RE)
  • Fehlermanagement: Proaktive Klärung von Preis- und Mengendifferenzen im Bestellprozess
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Zentrale Koordination zwischen Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung und Lieferanten

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf
  • SAP-Kenntnisse: idealerweise in den Modulen SAP MM und SAP FI
  • Anwendungssichere PC-Kenntnisse
  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
