What You'll Be Doing

Provide one-on-one ABA support to students in school settings

Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans

Assist students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills

Support student participation and success in classroom activities

Collect data and document progress throughout the school day

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and clinical supervisors

Promote positive behavior and independence across educational environments

Who We're Looking For

Compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and adolescents

Reliable professionals with strong communication skills

Team-oriented candidates who are eager to learn and grow

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

ABA experience is a plus, but not required

Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, Special Education, and related majors are encouraged to apply
