What You'll Receive

Free CDL Training

Earn While You Train

• •Work as a School Bus Aide while completing CDL training.
• •Earn $16.00 per hour during monitor hours worked.

Flexible Schedule

• •Midday training sessions are designed to work around your bus aide schedule.
• •Continue gaining experience while advancing your career.

After You Earn Your CDL

Driver Pay Rates

• •Van Driver: $26.00 per hour
• •School Bus Driver: $28.50 per hour

Successful candidates are compassionate, dependable, and committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive experience for every passenger. Training will be provided to help you understand student needs and perform your role with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

Application Requirements

• •Complete employment application and new hire paperwork
• •Pass all required background screenings

Documentation

• •Provide valid identification
• •Provide three professional references
• •Submit residential history as required

Pre Employment Requirements

• •Pass a company paid physical examination
• •Pass a drug and alcohol screening
• •Successfully complete required background investigations

Physical Requirements

• •Climb and descend bus steps
• •Move quickly from a seated position
• •Operate emergency exits when necessary
• •Safely perform passenger evacuation procedures, including moving up to 125 pounds during emergency drills
