Job Description

• **Responsibilities:**
• - Provide psychological support and counseling services to students.
• - Promote students' mental health and well-being.
• - Develop and implement counseling programs and activities.
• - Monitor and report on counseling performance and metrics.
• - Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health.

• **Skills:**
• - Strong counseling and psychological assessment skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• - Knowledge of counseling best practices and tools.

• **Requirements:**
• - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• - 5+ years of experience in school counseling.
• - Professional certification in counseling preferred.
