IHRE Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Herstellung / Montage hochwertiger Möbel
  • Oberflächenbehandeln diverser Holzwerkstoffe
  • Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsanlagen
  • Fertigung und Montage von Bauteilen
  • Einhalten der Qualitätsvorgaben

IHR Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schreiner
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung in der Möbelfertigung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zu einer flexiblen Arbeitszeit und Mehrschichtsysteme (2- / 3-Schicht)
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
