Wir verbinden regionalen Holzhandel, mit individuellem Möbel- und Innenausbau sowie besondere Produkte und Ideen unter einem Dach. Vom Baum aus der Region bis zum fertigen Möbelstück begleiten wir den gesamten Weg des Holzes mit Leidenschaft, Respekt und Präzision.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Betriebes
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion
  • Kundengewinnung, Beratung und Projektbegleitung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Schnittholzverkauf und Lagerhaltung
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung der Social-Media Aufritte

Das erwartet dich:

  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Meisterbrief im Schreiner- oder Tischlerhandwerk oder Weiterbildung zum Holztechniker (m/d/w), oder eine Vergleichbare Qualifikation (Altgeselle)
  • Freude an Verantwortung und Führung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Begeisterung für den Wertstoff Holz
