Wir sind mit ca. 100 Mitarbeiter\*innen in Schulen im Landkreis Oldenburg und der Stadt Delmenhorst im Einsatz.

Die Stelle (15 - 30 Wochenstunden) ist befristet bis 31.07.2027.

### Aufgaben

  • individuelle Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen oder jungen Erwachsenen mit einer Beeinträchtigung im Alltag der Bildungseinrichtung
  • Unterstützung im Unterricht, z.B. bei der Gestaltung des Arbeitsplatzes, der Selbstorganisation oder der Konzentrationsfokussierung
  • Unterstützung in sozialen Interaktionen, z.B. beim Herstellen von Kontakten zu Mitschüler\*innen, beim Lösen von Konflikten oder der Anwendung von Kommunikationshilfen
  • Unterstützung im pflegerischen Bereich, z.B. beim An- und Auskleiden oder beim Toilettengang
  • Unterstützung bei der Mobilität, z.B. durch Begleitung im Gebäude oder bei der Fortbewegung im Rollstuhl
  • Begleitung auf Tagesausflügen und Gruppenfahrten

### Profil

  • Sozialassistent, Pflegeassistent (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar oder persönliche Eignung
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen
  • Empathie, Offenheit und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften und Eltern
