Für die Einzelfallbetreuung eines Schulkindes in Wunstorf suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Schulbegleiter/in.(m/w/div.)

Sind Sie Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Ergotherapeut/in, Erzieher/in, Physiotherapeut/in, Logopäde/in, Sozialassistent/in, Kinderkrankenpfleger/in, Krankenpfleger/in oder examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in (jeweils m/w/div.) dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Ihre wöchentliche Arbeitszeit liegt bei ca. 25-30 Stunden.

Ob Berufsanfängerin oder erfahrene/r Schulbegleiter/in (m/w/d) - wir freuen uns auf Ihre persönlichen Bewerbungsunterlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung in der kompletten Schulzeit
  • Individuelle Unterstützung während des Unterrichts inklusive der Pausen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich der Kommunikation, Sozial- und Arbeitsverhalten
  • Unterstützung beim Umgang mit Hilfsmitteln
  • Unterstützung im Bereich der sozialen und emotionalen Entwicklung
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Schüler/innen im Rahmen schulischer Veranstaltungen
