Wir suchen ab sofort in Esens für einen bei uns untergebrachten jungen Menschen im Grundschulalter einen

Schulassistenten oder pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) als Schulbegleitung in Teilzeit (30 Wochenstunden).

Die Stelle ist bis zum Ende des Schuljahres 2027 befristet.

## Deine Aufgaben in der stationären Erziehungshilfe

  • Begleitung eines jungen Menschen im Schulalltag von 07:30 bis 13:30 Uhr im Unterricht und in den Pausen
  • Bedürfnisse erkennen und feinfühlig darauf eingehen
  • Unterstützung im sozialen Miteinander sowie bei Regeln und Grenzen
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Schule und Einrichtung

## Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher, Sozialpädagoge, Diplom-Pädagoge, Heilpädagoge, Heilerziehungspfleger oder Schulassistenz (m/w/d). In Niedersachsen auch mit Abschluss als Heilerziehungspfleger, Kindheits- oder Sonderpädagoge, Jugend-/Heimerzieher (m/w/d) (mind. 2 Jahre) oder mit Studium der Erziehungswissenschaften (B.A./M.A./Diplom/Magister).
  • Freude an der Entwicklung junger Menschen, das Kind steht für Dich im Mittelpunkt
  • Belastbarkeit, Sozialkompetenz und Kooperationsbereitschaft
