  • Pflegeausbildung, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

# Schulleitung (m/w/d) für die Generalistische Pflegeausbildung

in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung der Pflegeschule
  • Weiterentwicklung des Curriculums und der Unterrichtsqualität
  • Personalführung und -entwicklung des Lehrerkollegiums
  • Vertretung der Schule nach außen und Netzwerkarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Examensprüfungen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Medizinpädagogik, Pflegepädagogik, Lehrer\*in für Pflegeberufe, hauptamtliche Lehrkraft
  • sozialkommunikative Kompetenz und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Freude an interkultureller Arbeit und der Arbeit mit jungen Erwachsenen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick sowie einen Sinn für Innovationen
