Der Caritasverband Heinsberg sucht ab sofort in der Abteilung Familie, Kinder & Jugend und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem städtischen Jugendamt Heinsberg

eine/n  Schulsozialarbeiter\*in (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung an der Pestalozzischule Oberbruch

Beschäftigungsumfang: 13 Std./Woche

Ihre Aufgaben – Das werden Sie bewirken

  • Individuelle Förderung von Schüler\*innen mit Unterstützungsbedarf und Prävention von Ausgrenzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften, Schulleitung, Jugendamt und weiteren Partnern
  • Unterstützung von Schüler\*innen und Eltern in sozialen und schulischen Problemlagen
  • Mitwirkung zur Vermeidung von Schulabsentismus
  • Beratung zu Bildungs- und Teilhabeleistungen zur Förderung von Chancengleichheit

Damit bereichern Sie unser Team

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Beratung von Kindern und deren Familien
