Freuen Sie sich auf ein vielseitiges Arbeitsfeld mit einem wöchentlichen Stundenumfang von 34,5 Stunden. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt an der J oachim-Neander-Grundschule im Stadtteil Düsseldorf-Rath (26,5 Std./Woche an vier Tagen ). Ergänzend bringen Sie Ihre Ideen und Kompetenzen an der Georg-Schulhoff-Realschule im Stadtteil Düsseldorf-Vennhausen im Rahmen der Projektarbeit (8 Std./Woche an einem Tag ) ein.

Arbeiten beim DRK ist mehr als nur ein Job, denn Du

  • bist beratend für Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie deren Eltern bzw. Erziehungsberechtigte, gewährleistest die Einzelfallhilfe und leitest AGs.
  • trägst zur Vernetzung von Schülerinnen und Schülern, der Schulleitung sowie den Beratungsfachkräften bei.
  • leistest eine individuelle Problembetreuung in Konkfliktfällen und unterstützt bei der Streit- und Konfliktvermittlung.
  • führst Projektarbeit durch, kooperierst mit Beratungsstellen und pflegst eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit diesen.

Du bist genau unser Mensch, weil Du

  • über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sozialpädagogik/ Sozialarbeit.
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Beratungsarbeit mitbringst.
  • eine hohe Empathie- und Vermittlungsfähigkeit besitzt.
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzt, eigenverantwortlich und gerne im Team arbeitest.
