Die Agentur für soziale Dienstleistungen (ASD) GmbH ist ein Dienstleister des Bathildisheim e.V. Als Tochterfirma des Bathildisheim e.V. bietet sie für die Schülerinnen und Schüler der Karl-Preising-Schule Unterstützung durch Teilhabe-Assistenten an. Ein weiterer Geschäftsbereich ist der Eigenbetrieb der Produktions- und Verteilküchen in denen derzeit bis zu 2000 Essen täglich hergestellt und unseren Kunden sowie in unseren Kantinen zum Verzehr bereitgestellt werden.

## Ihre neue Herausforderung...

  • Begleitung eines Schülers der Karl-Preising-Schule auf seinem Schulweg im Schulbus von Rosenthal nach Bad Arolsen. Die Unterrichtszeiten sind an drei Tagen/Woche vormittags und an zwei Tagen bis 15:20 Uhr. Nach Schulschluss fährt der Bus direkt wieder zurück.
  • Begleitung des Schülers während des gesamten Schulvormittages (Unterrichts- und Pausenzeiten)
  • Unterstützung bei der möglichst selbständigen Teilnahme am Unterricht
  • Begleitung bei der Entwicklung sozialer Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützung bei Verhaltensregulation auch in Krisensituationen

  • sicheres und konsequentes Auftreten
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in einem engagierten Team
  • möglichst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern/Jugendlichen mit Verhaltensschwierigkeiten
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Sie teilen unsere christlichen Werte und stehen hinter unserem diakonischen Auftrag.
