Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3.049,41 bis EUR 3.478,51 brutto pro Monat zzgl. anfallender Diäten bei Mitarbeiter:innen mit Unterkunft und zzgl. etwaiger Montage-, SEG- oder Schichtzulagen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • MAG-Schweißen von Stahlbau- und Metallkomponenten
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten nach Schweiß- und Montagezeichnungen
  • Durchführung von Sichtkontrollen der Schweißnähte
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungsprozessen in der Fertigung

Sie bieten:

  • Erfahrung im MAG-Schweißen, gültige Schweißzertifikate von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau A2 zum Lesen und Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verlässlichkeit
