  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Schweißrobotern und automatisierten Schweißanlagen
  • Einrichten und Rüsten der Anlagen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Schweißparameter
  • Durchführung von Korrekturen und Optimierungen im Schweißprozess
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Schweißbaugruppen
  • Erkennen und Beheben einfacher Störungen im Produktionsablauf
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Metallbereich
  • Erfahrung im MAG-Schweißen und/oder in der Bedienung von Schweißrobotern von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, sofern erforderlich

Auch motivierte Fachkräfte mit Schweißerfahrung und Interesse an der Robotik sind willkommen!
