Aufgaben:

  • Arbeiten auf Schweißroboteranlagen sowie Überwachen des Schweißprozesses
  • Vorbereiten der Schweißroboteranlagen (z.B. Rüsten der Bauteile)
  • Vor- und Nachbearbeiten der Bauteile (z.B. Ausbessern von Schweißnähten, Qualitätskontrolle durchführen)
  • Schweißzeichnungen lesen und eigenständig Schweißarbeiten durchführen
  • Erstellen und Anpassen von Programmen für die Roboteranlagen

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Metallbranche als Schweißer, Metall-/Stahlbautechniker oder Schlosser
  • Kenntnisse im MAG-Schweißen sowie praktische Erfahrung im schweißtechnischen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schweißrobotern und der Programmierung - idealerweise am IGM-Schweißroboter
  • Routiniert im Lesen von Konstruktionszeichnungen und im Anwenden von relevanten Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Präzise, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
