  • Du schweißt Warmwasserspeicher präzise nach Zeichnung und Vorgabe
  • Du bedienst und bestückst eigenverantwortlich moderne Schweißroboteranlagen
  • Die Qualität deiner Arbeit prüfst du selbstständig und sorgst für einwandfreie Ergebnisse
  • Nachschweißarbeiten per Hand gehören ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie das mechanische Rüsten der Anlagen
  • Du pflegst die Maschinen gewissenhaft und hältst unsere Standards in Qualität, Sicherheit und Instandhaltung konsequent ein
  • Deine Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung sind gefragt - wir freuen uns über deinen aktiven Beitrag
  • Dein Profil:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als geprüfte:r Schweißer:in oder eine technische Ausbildung mit Schweißkenntnissen.
  • Idealerweise bringst du gültige Schweißzertifikate nach EN ISO 9606 (MAG, E-Hand) mit
  • Erfahrung im Dünnblechbereich (1,8-4,4 mm) ist von Vorteil
  • Erste Kenntnisse mit Schweißrobotern (z. B. KUKA) sind ein Plus
  • Systematisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus
  • Du arbeitest präzise, verlässlich und selbstständig - auch im 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus

Das Gehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Metallindustrie inkl. Referenzlohn und beträgt brutto € 3.531,57 bei Vollzeit (38.5 Stunden) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.
