Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Schweißer (m/w/d) für die Fertigung von Maschinenbaugruppen und Stahlbaukonstruktionen. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt nach technischen Zeichnungen sowohl in der Werkstatt als auch im Einsatz beim Kunden vor Ort.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Schweißen von Maschinenbaugruppen und Stahlbaukonstruktionen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Arbeiten in der Werkstatt sowie bei Montage- und Serviceeinsätzen beim Kunden
  • Vorbereitung, Heften und Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausführung der Schweißarbeiten
  • Eigenständiges Lesen und Umsetzen von Fertigungszeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker oder Metallbauer
  • Schweißerqualifikation im MAG-Verfahren (135) ist wünschenswert
  • Sicheres Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Rahmenbedingungen

  • 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Frühschicht
  • Unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
  • Übernahme von BAV-Verträgen
  • Fahrzeiten zum und vom Kunden werden als Arbeitszeit bezahlt
  • Nach der Probezeit: Vermögenswirksame Leistung, Bikeleasing, Bereitstellung der Arbeitskleidung inkl. Wäsche der Kleidung
