Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3478,510 brutto pro Monat. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Montage von Stahlbaugruppen nach Plan und Zeichnung
  • Vermessen und Endkontrolle der Stahlbauteile (Qualität, Maßhaltigkeit)
  • Schweißen und Flammrichten von Stahlbauteilen
  • Erstellung von Maßprotokollen zur Dokumentation der Fertigung
  • Produktionsunterstützung: Optimierung der Abläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Stahlbautechniker:in, Schweißtechniker:in oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Metall, Stahlbau und Fertigung
  • Kranschein (Lauf-, Bock- und Portalkran) von Vorteil
  • Aktuelle Schweißerprüfungen (z. B. MAG) von Vorteil
  • Schichtbereitschaft, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und präzises Arbeiten
  • Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse, um Arbeitsanweisungen und Pläne zu verstehen und umzusetzen
