Profil

  • Schweißer mit jeweils gültigem Schweißpass gem. Anforderung, zusätzlich WIG WIG/E (W02, W11)
  • abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder alternativ, vorliegende fachspezifisch erworbene Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
  • ISO 9606-1 141 P FW FM5 S t2,5 PB sl
  • ISO 9606-1 141 P FW FM5 S s2,5 PA ss gb
  • ISO 9606-1 141 T FW FM5 S t1,0 D20 PB sl
  • MIG / MAG
  • ISO 9606-1 135 P FW FM5 S t2,5 PB sl
  • G-Untersuchungen: G37, G38, G25
  • Erfahrung im Führen von Mitgänger-Flurförderfahrzeuge (Ameisen/Handhubwagen)
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Umsichtiges Verhalten, körperlich fit, Schnelligkeit, Flexibilität, Sorgfältigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Dreischicht und gelegentlicher Samstagsarbeit

Aufgaben

  • WIG Schweißen von Chrom-Nickel-Stählen
  • Bolzen schweißen, Berstscheiben, Füllrohre, o. ä.
  • Komplettfertigung von Behältern, Zuschweißen von Behältern
  • Bedienung von Schweißroboter und Lecktest Prüfsystem
