Die Lasertechnik Brandenburg GmbH steht für Präzision, Qualität und moderne Metallverarbeitung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n erfahrene/n und engagierte/n Schweißer/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### 🔧 Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten nach Zeichnung (MAG/WIG)
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Schweißnähte (z. B. Heften, Schleifen, Richten)
  • Kontrolle der Schweißnähte auf Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten nach Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen

### 🛠 Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer o. ä.)
  • Erfahrung im MAG- und/oder WIG-Schweißen, gültige Schweißerpässe wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
