Die Pavel Gerätebau GmbH entwickelt und fertigt am Standort Halle (Westfalen) langlebige Folienkompaktoren sowie Bauteile und Baugruppen für den eigenen Maschinenbau und für Auftraggeber aus der Region. Unsere technischen Wurzeln reichen bis 1962 zurück; die heutige GmbH besteht seit 2001.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Schweißer / Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d). Sie fertigen Rahmen, Ersatzteile und Baugruppen nach Zeichnung – maßhaltig, sauber und mit einem sicheren Blick für Qualität.

## Aufgaben

  • MIG-/MAG-Schweißen: Bauteile fachgerecht verbinden
  • Rahmen und Baugruppen: heften, ausrichten und schweißen
  • Zeichnungen umsetzen: technische Vorgaben sicher in die Fertigung übertragen
  • Qualität sichern: Maß- und Sichtprüfungen durchführen und bei Bedarf nacharbeiten
  • Arbeitsmittel pflegen: Werkzeuge und Schweißtechnik sorgfältig behandeln

## Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Metallausbildung, zum Beispiel als Konstruktionsmechaniker/in oder Metallbauer/in der Fachrichtung Konstruktionstechnik
  • Sichere Praxis im MIG-/MAG-Schweißen
  • Technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und umsetzen
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
