Als Schweißer sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Konstruktionen halten – und gut aussehen. Du arbeitest an anspruchsvollen Bauteilen und Baugruppen für Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugbau, Fördertechnik und Stahlbau. Ob Einzelteil oder Serie: Du verbindest, was zusammengehört – mit MIG, MAG, WIG oder Handlaser – sicher, sauber und nach allen relevanten Standards.

Aufgaben:

  • Schweißen von Bauteilen und Baugruppen aus Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium nach Zeichnung
  • Anwendung gängiger Schweißverfahren (MIG, MAG, WIG, idealerweise Handlaser)
  • Vorbereiten der Schweißnähte (Anreißen, Heften, Schleifen) und Nachbearbeitung
  • Eigenständige Prüfung von Nähten auf Maßhaltigkeit, Optik und Qualität
  • Mitarbeit in Baugruppenmontage und Schlosserei-Projekten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Schweißer
  • Sichere Praxis in mindestens einem der genannten Schweißverfahren, idealerweise Schweißprüfungen vorhanden
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch an Nähte, Passgenauigkeit und Optik
  • Strukturierte, saubere Arbeitsweise – auch wenn es mal zügig gehen muss
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an wechselnden Projekten
