Für unseren beliebten und modernen Kunden CLAAS in Harsewinkel suchen wir:

  • Schweißer (m/w/d)
  • *mit der Option zur Übernahme im Kundenbetrieb!*

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten an unterschiedlichen Materialien (z. B. Dünnblech) nach Vorgaben der Fertigungsaufträge
  • Bestücken und Einlegen von Werkstücken in entsprechende Vorrichtungen
  • Vor- und Nachbearbeitung der gefertigten Werkstücke

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Schweißer (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Erste Erfahrungen in den Schweißverfahren MIG/MAG oder WIG wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Arbeitsbedingungen und Leistungen:

  • Unbefristeter Einstieg ohne klassische Probezeit
  • Vergütung nach geltendem Tarifvertrag (GVP)
  • Zusätzliche Branchenzuschläge sowie übertarifliche Zulagen möglich
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • Bis zu 30 Tage Jahresurlaub (abhängig von der Betriebszugehörigkeit)
  • Prämienregelung für Mitarbeiterempfehlungen
  • Persönliche Betreuung durch feste Ansprechpartner
