Schweißer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Roboterschweißen
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Bedienen, Rüsten und Überwachen von Cloos-Schweißrobotern
- Laden und Starten von Schweißprogrammen gemäß Produktionsvorgabe
- Bestücken der Vorrichtungen mit Bauteilen laut Zeichnung
- Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
- Durchführung einfacher Korrekturen an Programmen und Schweißparametern
- Überwachen der Schweißprozesse auf Qualität und Störungen
- Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplan
- Meldung und Dokumentation von Störungen oder Abweichungen
- Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schweißrobotern oder CNC-Anlagen
- Technisches Verständnis und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
- Grundkenntnisse in Schweißtechnik MAG und WIG von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zum Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
