Schweißer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Widerstandspunktschweißen
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Bedienen und Einstellen von Widerstandspunktschweißanlagen
- Positionieren und Fixieren von Blechteilen mit Hilfe von Vorrichtungen
- Durchführung von Punktschweißvorgängen nach Arbeitsanweisungen, Zeichnungen und Schweißfolgeplänen
- Sicherstellung der Schweißqualität, einschließlich Sichtprüfung
- Dokumentation der Qualitätsergebnisse gemäß Vorgabe
- Einstellung der Schweißparameter in Abstimmung mit der Schweißaufsicht
- Wartung und Pflege der Schweißzangen, Elektroden und Arbeitsmittel im Rahmen der täglichen Instandhaltung
- Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Effizienz
- Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Schweißtechnik, idealerweise Widerstandspunktschweißen
- Kenntnisse im Lesen von Zeichnungen und im Umgang mit einfachen Messmitteln
- Technisches Verständnis und gutes Auge für Qualität
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
