Für unseren renommierten Kunden aus der Metallbranche suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schweißer (m/w/d) in der Robotertechnik

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Schweißrobotern (UTC / KUKA).
  • Selbstständige Versorgung von drei Roboteranlagen mit vorgehefteten Schweißbaugruppen.
  • Überwachung des Schweißprozesses im MAG-Schweißverfahren.
  • Korrektur der Roboterprogramme sowie Nachschweißen der Baugruppen.
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten und Unterstützung beim Teachen der Roboter.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich, z. B. als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Vorrichter (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Instandhaltungsmechaniker (m/w/d), ist wünschenswert.
  • Kenntnisse im MAG-Schweißen oder in vergleichbaren Schweißverfahren.
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Schweißrobotern; Kenntnisse von UTC-/KUKA-Robotern sind von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im rollierenden Zwei-Schicht-System (Früh- und Spätschicht).
