AUFGABEN:

  • Durchführung von Schweißaufgaben an komplexen Bauteilen unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandarts
  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Überwachung von Schweißanlagen (u.a. Roboter- oder manuelle Schweißprozesse)
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Bauteile auf Maßhaltigkeit und Schweißnahtqualität
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Prozessoptimierung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaus
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften am Arbeitsplatz

PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schweißer, Metallbauer, Konstruktionsmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich MAG-Schweißen (Metall- und Aktivgasschweißen) in der Serienfertigung, idealerweise verfügst du über gültige Schweißer Prüfungen
  • Sicher Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Schweißanlagen und Prüfanweisungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Schweiß Anlagen oder Schweiß Robotern ist ein großes Plus
  • Versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Messmitteln zur Überprüfung der Schweißnähte und Bauteilgeometrien
