Aufgaben:

  • Einhaltung der Schweißreihenfolge nach Vorgabe des Schweißfolgeplans
  • Komplexe Schweißung an allen Bauteilen ggf. auch in Zwangslage nach Vorgabe von komplexen technischen Zeichnungen
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Vorwärmen des Materials mittels Brenner
  • Prozesssicher Fugen
  • Nachbereitung aller Schweißnähte
  • Einstellung und Prüfungen des technischen Zustandes der Schweißmaschinen
  • Bewegen und Drehen der Bauteile mittels Hallenkran

Anforderungen:

  • Kran Führerschein für Hallenkrane mit Funksteuerung
  • Berufspraxis von mindestens zwei Jahren im Großstahlbau
  • Fugen mit Kohleelektrode
  • Gültige Zeugnisse für folgende Schweißverfahren:
  • MAG Stumpfnaht MassivdrahtISO 9606-1 135 P BW FM1 S s15 PA ss nb
  • MAG Kehlnaht MassivdrahtISO 9606-1 135 P FW FM1 S s15 PB ml
  • MAG Stumpfnaht FülldrahtISO 9606-1 136 P BW FM1 R s15 PF ss nb
  • MAG Kehlnaht FülldrahtISO 9606-1 136 P FW FM1 R s15 PF ml
