Wir suchen für einen Kunden im Raum Bitterfeld-Wolfen einen Schweißer MAG/ WIG.

Aufgaben

  • WIG Schweißen von Baugruppen nach Zeichnung und WPS
  • Roboterschweißen und Bürsten von Baugruppen
  • Wartung und Störungsbehebung an Roboteranlagen
  • Durchführung von Schweißnachbehandlungen wie Passivieren, Schleifen, Sandstrahlen und Bürsten
  • Widerstandspressschweißen nach Zeichnung
  • Mitarbeit bei Aufbau und Verwaltung von Ersatz- und Verbrauchsteilebeständen der Schweißerei

Voraussetzung

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schweißer, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker oder
  • eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum internationalen Schweißfachmann (IWS) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Schweißen von hochlegierten Dünnblech im WIG Verfahren
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung von Schweißrobotern wünschenswert
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Flexibilität, Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht)
