Wir planen, fertigen und montieren hochwertige Industrieanlagen für unsere Kunden und stehen für Qualität, Innovation und technische Kompetenz. Um unseren hohen Qualitätsstandard im Bereich der Schweißtechnik zu sichern, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Schweißfachingenieur (SFI/IWE) (m/w/d) .

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Aufgaben als verantwortliche Schweißaufsicht nach DIN EN ISO 14731
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der schweißtechnischen Qualitätsstandards
  • Qualifizierung von Schweißverfahren
  • Qualifizierung und Überwachung des Schweißpersonals
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von projektspezifischen Schweißanweisungen sowie Schweiß- und Prüfplänen
  • Planung und Überwachung schweißtechnischer Fertigungsabläufe
  • Erstellung der schweißtechnischen Dokumentation
  • Begleitung von Kunden-, Zertifizierungs- und Behördenaudits

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Qualifikation als internationaler Schweißfachingenieur (SFI / IWE)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Rohrleitungs-, Apparate- oder Anlagenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und Regelwerke (EN13480, ASME B31.3, EN 1090, ISO 3834-2)
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
