Als technologieorientiertes Familienunternehmen werden Sie Teil eines innovativen Teams, welches von Einzel- bis Serienfertigung über komplette Baugruppen für verschiedene Branchen tätig ist. Dabei ist die Technologie des Wasserstrahlschneidens unsere Paradedisziplin, welche jedoch durch die CNC-Zerspanung und vor allem auch das Schweißen ergänzt wird. Seit nunmehr 25 Jahren arbeiten wir innovativ, kundenorientiert und mit höchster Qualität. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Schweißfachingenieur/-in bzw. Schweißtechniker/-in, der/ die unsere Projekte technisch und organisatorisch zum Erfolg führt.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Schweißtechnische Verantwortung und Schweißaufsicht
  • Mitarbeiterführung und Produktionsorganisation
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Metallbauprojekten
  • Technische Klärung, Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konstruktionsdetails in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
  • Erstellung von Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Qualifikation als Schweißfachingenieur/-in (SFI) oder Schweißtechniker/-in (ST)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweißtechnik und Werkstoffkunde
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und schweißtechnischen Dokumentationen
  • Kenntnisse in CAD (z. B. AutoCAD, SolidWorks o.ä.) und MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
