Qualifikation: Gültige Ausbildung zum Schweißfachingenieur (SFI / IWE) mit der Zusatzqualifikation Oberbauschweißen (SFI OS) nach Ril 046.2250.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Schweißaufsicht: Übernahme der Funktion als verantwortliche Schweißaufsicht nach DIN EN ISO 14731 sowie Einhaltung aller Vorgaben von DB InfraGO und dem Eisenbahn-Bundesamt
  • Prozessüberwachung: Planung, Koordination und Freigabe von Oberbauschweißarbeiten sowie Abstimmung mit der Fachstelle Schienentechnik.
  • Gleislagestabilität: Fachliche Aufsicht bei Arbeiten an lückenlosen Gleisen, inklusive der Überwachung von Gleislage, Neutraltemperatur und Spannungszuständen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung von Abnahmen, Audits, Baustellenbegleitungen und Erstellung einer DB-konformen Dokumentation.
  • Personalführung & Schulung: Fachliche Anleitung von Schweißern, Schweißaufsichten und Baustellenpersonal sowie Schulung von Bauleitern im Bereich Spannungsausgleich.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleitung als zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner
