Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit modernem Produktionsumfeld suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen engagierten Schweißfachmann (m/w/d) im Raum Hanau. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert hochwertige technische Lösungen für industrielle Anwendungen und bietet ein innovatives sowie zukunftsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung und Sicherstellung schweißtechnischer Arbeitsabläufe
  • Fachliche Führung und Anleitung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung, Betreuung und Begleitung der Qualifizierung von Schweißpersonal
  • Beurteilung der Qualität von Schweißverbindungen sowie Analyse und Bewertung von Schweißfehlern
  • Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Fertigungsprozesses

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Metallbauermeister (m/w/d), Industriemeister Metall (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im metallverarbeitenden Bereich
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Schweißfachmann (m/w/d) mit Befähigung zur Schweißaufsicht
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung im WIG-Schweißen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
